The Family Care Council Area 4 (FCC4) invites you to join our Family & Community Listening Session to share your experiences navigating services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The information gathered will directly inform FCC Area 4's Annual Advisory Report and recommendations to APD and state leadership.

FCC Area 4 Meeting: 11:00 a.m.

Family & Community Listening Session: Begins no later than 12:00 p.m. following Council business and APD updates/Q&A and concludes at approximately 1:00 p.m.

What to Expect

• Each registered speaker will have up to five minutes to share their comments.
• We encourage you to focus on your experiences with accessing services, supports,      resources, funding, barriers, successes, and recommendations for improvement.
• Please avoid sharing information that you are not comfortable discussing in a public      meeting, including personally identifiable information about yourself or others.
• While your      comments will help inform FCC Area 4's Annual Advisory Report, all      personally identifiable information will be removed before the report is shared.

If your plans change and you are unable to attend, we still encourage you to complete our anonymous feedback survey so your experiences can be included in the report.
